Young Filmmakers Camp to return in August

BUCKHANNON — The 11th annual Young Filmmakers Camp will take place at LASCAUX Micro-Theater this August, hosted by ART26201, with assistance from West Virginia Wesleyan College. The five-day workshop will guide students through writing, shooting and editing a short film from Aug. 10 through Aug. 14. Randolph suspends ambulance service fee

ELKINS - The Randolph County Commission unanimously voted to suspend the Special Emergency Ambulance Service Fee Ordinance during its most recent meeting.    Commission President David Kesling said the West Virginia State Tax Department recently expressed their objections to the ordinance, which officially went into effect on Wednesday.
