The Rev. Albert Henry "A.H." Belt, Sr., 88, a resident of Elkins, West Virginia, departed this life Sunday morning, Aug. 23, 2026, at the Ruby Memorial Hospital at Morgantown, West Virginia surrounded by his loving family. The family will receive friends at the Gospel Light Tabernacle from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, and 9 to 11 a.m. Friday. He was born Dec. 19, 1930, at Parsons, West Virginia, a son of the late Riley Martin Long and the late Izzy Fridley Long. He was married to Laura Ellen Mason Long, who preceded him in death.
