C. Morgan Haymond, 68, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025, in the Intensive Care Unit at the United Hospital Center at Bridgeport, West Virginia, following a brief illness. The family will receive friends from noon until 3 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Michael Wamsley and Pastor Holt Poling officiating. Susan Rae Simmons Reagan, 59, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, after a yearlong battle with cancer. Susan’s request for cremation has been fulfilled. Peggy Talbot Wagner, 95, an urban and city planner whose work helped guide the planning efforts of two northern Virginia jurisdictions, died on Aug. 6, 2025, in the health care center at Goodwin House Alexandria.
