Phyllis Sue Rider Collett, 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on July 23, 2025. She was born on Oct. 20,1958, to Philip and Emma Rider. She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Collett, of Junior West Virginia. Phyllis had two daughters, Angela Daniels and husband, Darian Daniels, of Beverly, and Sabrina Tacy and husband, Hunter Tacy, of Junior. She had a stepdaughter that she loved as her own, Lisa Dale and her companion, Shawn Dvorak, of Arkansas. She also had a beloved cat, Billy Bob.
