Corriena Jean Kines, 86, of the Tacy community, Philippi entered into her Heavenly home Sunday, Aug. 13, 2023, at the Mountain Living Community in Belington. She was born Aug. 23, 1936, at Kasson, West Virginia, the youngest daughter of the late Carl Roosevelt Shaw and Jessie Marie (Upton) Shaw. Jean was united in marriage on May 30, 1952, at Volga, West Virginia, to Delbert Benton (Benny) Kines, who preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1979.
