Shirley’s family will receive friends on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, from 4-6 p.m. at Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg. Funeral service will be on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield, West Virginia.
