Leonard Jay Luoma

Leonard Jay Luoma, 87, of French Creek, West Virginia, died Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He was in his usual health and death was unexpected. Leonard was born on Feb. 5, 1939, in Warren, Ohio to the late Leo Jacob and Helen Jean Cole Luoma. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son. Surviving is his daughter, AmberKay (David) Klingensmith of French Creek, West Virginia; and his brother Paul Eugene (Rhea) Luoma of Fowler, Ohio. Mrs. Ruby June (Tallman) Fallen, 94, a resident of the Audra Park Road in Belington, departed this life early Saturday morning July 4, 2026, at her residence. Death was following a period of declining health. She was born Nov. 14, 1931 at Belington, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Herbert Wellington and Beulah England Tallman.
