MORGANTOWN — Rich Rodriguez has done a lot this offseason for West Virginia football to help keep his promise and make the Mountaineers competitive once again. ELKINS — Elkins High’s season came to a conclusion Friday night in a 12-10 setback to Bridgeport in Class AAA, Region II action. The Lady Tigers finished with a 12-16 record.
