Memorial race was a great event
A picture-perfect day and evening brought out the fans and cars for the first annual Red Frederick Memorial event at Elkins Raceway on Saturday night. The Mini-Mods kicked of the night with Chandi Currence winning over Dalton Goode. Luke Hire finished third. Ryan Hare and Blake Runyon rounded out the top five. In the second group, Noah Whited defeated George Casto. There would be fireworks later in the skies but some of the very best drivers in the region brought out the fireworks on the track.
