ELKINS — The Grand Jury will hear the case against a local pastor accused of selling vehicles to customers that were under bank liens after he waived his preliminary hearing. Curlie Eugene Ray Jr., 55, of Beverly, is charged with one count of fraudulent schemes, a felony. He is currently being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
