Loretta Jean Phillips Hinkle, age 86 years, a resident of Beverly, WV departed this life Sunday evening, November 26, 2023 at the Davis Medical Center Emergency Department with her loving family by her side. She had been in declining health although death was unexpected. Loretta’s request for cremation was honored. The family will receive friends at the Goff Street Church of Christ on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 10 a.m. to noon.
