ELKINS — The Elkins City Council unanimously approved the advancement of several Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District projects, including Riverfront Redevelopment, beginning an "engineering phase" for the projects. ELKINS — H.W. Daniels American Legion Post 29 will host its annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the All-Veterans Memorial on Monday.
