CHARLESTON – The official who oversees elections in West Virginia said just over one in five registered voters cast a ballot in this week's state Primary Election. West Virginia Secretary of State Kris Warner said a preliminary total of 250,755 registered voters cast ballots for the election. PARSONS – Tucker County voters re-elected three Board of Education members this week. In Tuesday's Primary Election, incumbent BOE members Cathy Hebb, Teresa Samples Simmons and Kevin White were chosen by Tucker voters. Hebb was the top vote getter, with 660 votes, or 32% of the votes cast. Simmons was second with 614 votes, or 29.8%, and Kevin White, with 784, or 38%.
