Golden Hubert ‘Goldie’ Day
Golden Hubert “Goldie” Day, 93, a resident of Elkins, passed away Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, at his home under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 20, 2023, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, from the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman, where full Military Honors will be presented at the gravesite by members of the West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard Program.
