Gary Spencer “Cooper” Riggleman, 78, of Moorefield, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023, at his residence. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023, at Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg, West Virginia. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, from the funeral home. Burial will follow in Newhouse Cemetery, Rig West Virginia.
