Phyllis J. Neugebauer, (nee Corley), passed away on Nov. 21, 2023. She was born on Feb. 28, 1931, to Gabe Corley and Lovie Steerman Corley. She was the last surviving member of 11 children. She was married to Gayle Lane with whom she had two children. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Lane. Her son Terry Lane is deceased. In 2001, she married John Neugebauer, who is deceased.
