Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, in 1943, Beverly passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, surrounded by her family and many close friends. Private services were held. Leota Annis Plum Knotts Parsons, 96, a resident of Parsons, West Virginia, departed this life Thursday morning, Nov. 2, 2023, at the Tygart Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center at Belington, West Virginia. For the past several years, she has resided at Talbott Assistant Living, and Good Samaritan of Belington, West Virginia.
