ELLENBORO — The Elkins High School wrestling team competed in the Ritchie County Duals Tournament on Saturday.

Tucker Twigg went 6-0 for the Tigers. Others competing included Jonathan Campbell (5-1), Chiron Wing (3-1), Nic Bonner (3-3), Samson Cooper-Gonzalez (3-3), Logan Rowan (2-4) and Liliana Crouch (1-5).

Elkins wrestled six matches against other schools and defeated Liberty (30-24) and tied Philip Barbour (30-30) but lost on a tiebreaker.

The Tigers are slated to visit University on Saturday.
