HOUSTON (AP) — Phil Garner, a three-time All-Star infielder who went on to manage the Houston Astros to their first World Series appearance, has died. He was 76. MORGANTOWN — West Virginia started Friday morning, a week before the spring game, with a big-time recruitment. 3-star linebacker Broncs Baker announced his commitment to the Mountaineers on social media. Baker is a consensus 3-star, but is listed as a 4-star on some sites.
