Randolph man faces 53 fraud charges
BELINGTON — Charges against a Randolph County man accused of stealing over $700 from his father’s bank account total 53 after he received 36 more charges for the same crime. Denver James Goodwin, 29, of Belington, is charged with 36 counts of possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device with intent to defraud, a felony. He is currently being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail for these charges on a $25,000 cash-only bond set by Randolph County Magistrate Tracy Harper.
