ELKINS — There will be American Legion action in Elkins this summer with the Randolph County Junior Legion squad hitting the diamond. Due to a lack of numbers, Elkins Post 29 was unable to field a squad in the 2025 season. The newly formed RC Junior Legion team consists primarily of players from Elkins High School and Tygarts Valley.
