CHARLESTON — Buckhannon-Upshur’s Jerin Westfall has been named to the Class AAAA all-state first team by vote of the West Virginia Sports Writers Association and released today. Westfall, a senior forward, was a 1,000 career point scorer for the Bucs. George Washington’s Noah Lewis was named captain of the first team. MORGANTOWN — West Virginia football’s new running backs coach, Jay Boulware, has been around football for a long time, coaching at multiple different stops and positions. He played offensive line in college, and after he was injured, he moved on to coaching. That was in the 90s.
