Crews dispersed 1 million gallons of water on the fire. The blaze was contained to 23-23B, but water damage was suffered by the adjacent 23C Main Street building. Assisting the Buckhannon Fire Department were departments from Elkins, Ellamore, Warren District, Adrian, Junior, Belington, Weston, Washington, Jane Lew and Banks District. The cleanup continued into Tuesday night.
