ELKINS — Highland Adventist School celebrated high school graduation for four seniors recently. All four students were honor graduates.

The keynote speaker was Kevin Hostetler, owner of Randolph Funeral Home and father of one of the graduates.

Each member of the all-female class has plans for further schooling. Alexa Corley and Zandra Watts will both enroll in nursing programs in the fall, Emily Hostetler plans to study interior design, and Madisan Wymer will attend D&E with a major in English and pre-med emphasis. Wymer was honored during the ceremony by Megan Walters, D&E Admissions, with receipt of the Highland Scholarship.

“This talented, hardworking class of young women have been leaders in our school,” stated Cheryl Jacko, principal. “We send them on to their next level of education with pride and confidence in their ability to succeed and to change the world.”
